Purpose of the Policy

 

Consumers have rights where goods are faulty or not as described. This returns policy cannot take away from these rights. Please refer to your countries’ legislation to ensure you understand your consumer protection rights. This document is in place to inform you of our policy and how to get in touch if you wish to return a product.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

If the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.

 

 

If you wish to return a faulty product, please inform us within 30 days of delivery at contact@econcoaching.com.

 

 

Cancellation

 

 

You can cancel your order even if the goods are not faulty. If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of your order being delivered.

 

 

You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation. You will need to pay any shipping costs to return the item. We will refund the cost of the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods back. The goods should be unused and in the same condition that you received them. We ask that products are returned in their original packaging.

 

 

Minimising Returns

 

 

We’re aware that sometimes you will need to return a product. However, as a small business, we would like to minimise the need for returns where possible. To do this, we ask that you review the product information and confirm that you’re happy with your order before purchasing.   • Your order number; you should have received this via email after placing your order
  • The product(s) you wish to return; particularly if you ordered more than one item
  • Proof of purchase: this could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement or packaging
  • Reason for the return
  • If your return is due to the product being faulty, damaged, or not as described, please provide a description of the issue and supporting evidence.
