What’s in each tier?

Every package is one of three tiers — the tier sets what files you get, how many revision rounds are included, and how fast we deliver.

Editable source files (Premium only) means a layered SVG working file, the chart code where applicable, and a list of the fonts used — everything you need to adapt the graphic yourself later. Prices are in GBP. We’re not VAT registered, so no VAT is added — the price shown is the price you pay.

What you’ll receive

• Files. Every tier includes PNG files at web and print resolution. Standard adds an SVG and a print-ready PDF. Premium adds the editable source files: a layered SVG working file, the chart code where applicable, and a list of the fonts used. If you add the interactive option, you also get a self-contained HTML file that works anywhere you can embed it.
• Delivery. Final files arrive by email with a download link — no accounts, no portals.
• Turnaround. Basic in 5 working days, Standard in 4, Premium in 2–3 with priority. Rush delivery (24–48 hours) is available as an add-on.
• Revisions. You always see a preview first. Send your notes, we make the changes within your tier’s revision rounds (1, 2 or 3), and only then do we send the final files.

Have your data file and a short brief ready — what the chart should say, who it’s for, and where it will be used. You can upload your data and write your brief right here on this page before adding to basket. If your data isn’t ready, choose a data-preparation option, or reply to your order email with the file later.
